Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end production process of advertising creatives (video, photo, etc.) — from concept approval to final delivery.
- Coordinate and align with legal teams to ensure compliance with brand, privacy, and IP regulations.
- Secure filming locations by coordinating with partner stores and ensuring all permissions and logistics are in place.
- Source and manage actors, influencers, or creators needed for shoots — including casting, contracting, and scheduling.
- Manage and track all production-related payments (talent, location fees, freelancers, etc.) and provide proper documentation for finance reporting.
- Supervise shooting schedules and ensure timely handoff of raw materials to designers and post-production team.
- Maintain clear communication with creative, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure delivery of assets on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues.
- Maintain a structured archive of all creative assets and related legal and financial documents.
What we expect from candidate
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer, Project Manager in production, or similar operational role in a creative or marketing team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills — ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
